Changed reputation display

I have simplified the way reputation is displayed in posts: The images have been replaced by a numerical value.
This is going to increase search engine relevancy for threads and posts and will in the long run help to bring more visitors to this place. It's going to be worth it, although a numerical value may look less attractive at first, compared to the previous layout.
By the way: User profiles are still showing the image representation of the reputation value.
