How to upload photos

Some people have mailed me before asking how to do it so here's a thread for other people to read as well.

To post a picture you have to have it saved on your computer first, If its your own pic then it will be saved, if its of the internet then you have to save it to your computer.

+++ update 10/2008: please do not use Imagevenue any more, there's too much spam/popups - Imagebam.com seems better and works nearly the same here's the instruction for that+++

Next you go to http://www.imagevenue.com
Here you can upload your picture(s). Make sure the picture you want to upload is Jpg or jpeg if its a photo it should be that anyway so dont worry. I have put in a picture which shows you how to do it.



That was the first step, getting your picture to be available. Next to upload it onto the forum you copy the correct text from imagevenue: heres how you do that:



Next you want to paste this text you have just copied onto the forum where you want the clickable image to appear, heres how:



I hope this has been very useful! and as you can see I have put in all these photos using the technique I described!

I saw you tried to upload those candids, I think you were trying to use the forum's upload tool (it's bulls**t) all you need to do is upload the pictures on imagevenue and then simply copy the second box down's contents (the box that is titled 'URL for clickable thumbnail on forum' or something) Then you paste this onto your post, that is all - no forum tool comes into it anywhere. the script should look something like this

[UR*L=http://img232.imagevenue.*com/img.php?image=21118_blue_hotpants_123_114*lo.jpg][IM*G]http:/*/img232.imagevenue.com/loc114/th_21118_blue_hotpants_123_114lo*.jpg[/IM*G][/UR*L]

(ignore the stars(*) - they shouldn't be there, i just put them in so that it didn't become a pic

anyway good luck, and if this is true about you having 500 more of those pics in the waiting, upload them quick. PM me ore summthing if you have anymore problems.
