I prefer newbs to post ... waiting a month or two only leads to lurker for life.

Agree.

And it's not realistic to expect them to remember all posted pictures. As someone said in another thread, this is only possible for searchable pictures (celebrity cameltoes for example).

We do have a search feature on here to help as well. Let's help the newbies, guys!!! You guys make this forum what it is so get out there and motivate the newbies.
